Account access
If you can’t sign in, try again with the same Apple ID or phone number you used before. Don’t create a second account unless you intend to start fresh.
Chats & notifications
Check mute settings inside a chat, and make sure EverOn notifications are allowed in iOS Settings → Notifications.
Location & map
Location sharing is optional. You control visibility and precision from Privacy in the app. Turning sharing off stops live updates for others.
Safety & blocking
You can block or report someone from their profile or chat info. Blocked people can’t message you or see your shared location.
Delete your account
Email support@everon.club from the address on your account and ask for deletion. We’ll confirm when it’s done.
