Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of EverOn’s apps, website, and related services. By creating an account or using EverOn, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

The service

EverOn lets people communicate through chats, stories, profiles, and optional location features. We may update, improve, or discontinue parts of the service over time.

Your account

• You must provide accurate registration information
• You are responsible for activity on your account
• Keep your credentials and devices secure
• One person should not create accounts to evade bans or abuse limits

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Harass, threaten, exploit, or harm others
• Share illegal, hateful, or sexually exploitative content
• Spam, scam, scrape, or reverse engineer the service
• Interfere with servers, security, or other users’ access
• Impersonate someone else or misrepresent affiliation

We may remove content, limit features, or suspend accounts that violate these Terms or put people at risk.

Your content

You keep ownership of content you create. You grant EverOn a limited license to host, transmit, and display that content as needed to operate the service. You are responsible for the content you send.

Location features

Location sharing is optional. If you enable it, other users may see your location according to the privacy settings you choose. You can stop sharing at any time in the app.

Live streaming

Anyone with an EverOn account can broadcast live. Live video, live chat, and stream titles are public to everyone who can open your stream. You must be at least 17 years old to broadcast or to send gifts.

• Nudity, sexual content, violence, self-harm, illegal activity, and content involving minors are prohibited and will be removed.
• Hosts can turn off chat, and can remove or ban viewers from their own stream. Viewers can report or block a host at any time from the stream.
• We may end a stream, remove a recording, or suspend an account at any time when a stream violates these Terms.

Coins, gifts, and creator payouts

• Coins are a virtual item purchased through the Apple App Store. They have no monetary value outside EverOn, cannot be transferred between accounts, and are non-refundable once spent on a gift. Refund requests for unspent coins are handled by Apple.
• Sending a gift is a voluntary payment to the creator. Gifts do not entitle you to any product, service, or specific behaviour from the creator.
• Creators receive diamonds when someone sends them a gift. Diamonds represent a share of the net revenue of the underlying purchase, after Apple's commission.
• Diamonds are cashed out on the web at everon.club/creator, subject to a minimum amount and to our review. Payouts are made by bank transfer to the creator named on the account. We may withhold a payout while we investigate fraud, chargebacks, refunds, or violations of these Terms.
• If a coin purchase is refunded or revoked by Apple after the coins were spent, we may reverse the corresponding balances.

Disclaimers

EverOn is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, EverOn and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, or goodwill arising from your use of the service.

Termination

You may stop using EverOn at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if we need to protect the service or other users.

Changes

We may update these Terms. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
